They worked within the guidelines needed for our historic preservation tax credit. They were always friendly and accommodating. The first day, they took their time in protecting the floors, furniture and work area. They did not rush the job. They did not feel creepy or unpleasant around the house. They were very professional. They took their time in repairing, pointing up and caulking where it was needed and worked long hours to get the job done.
The final product was excellent. The craftsmanship is undeniable.
I will recommend them to family, friends and to anybody that needs some work done.

  I had my garage encapsulated in vinyl siding. Palacios Painting was hired to make the garage water-tight and resolve any wood rot. The garage was originally made with wood siding, so it would get wet and rot away when it rained.

They did a phenomenal job. They were communicative, professional, timely and answered questions. We could check-in with confidence and know our questions would be answered. They did a great job explaining what "step" they were at in the process. At some point we had a request to add flashign to the garage. They were very flexible and understanding. By the end, the garage looked brand new! The vinyl siding and Tyvek is perfect for protecting the garage from rain. Ferdy arrived to review the project outcome and make sure it was to our specification.

It was a relief to know the garage was restored. We're confident this is a long-term repair that will keep the garage water-tight.

  I just want to say how thrilled I am with the meticulous work Palacios did at my home in the Holiday Park neighborhood.  There was a ton of "deferred maintenance," which meant an awful lot of prep work -- scrapping peeling paint, replacing damaged wood, reglazing old windows, patching holes in the siding, and so on.  Everything was done right, not cutting corners, with priming and two coats of high quality paint.  Doors and trim looking spanking new.  They even repainted the black mailbox before remounting it!
